3 YEAR WARRANTY
The warranty covers defects to the item when fitted correctly and used for everyday use. We are not liable in respect of any defect arising from misuse or alteration of the goods, negligence, wilful damage or failure to follow written or verbal instructions. Items that have been modified or adapted by the buyer are not included in the warranty and we are not liable for any failure resulting from the modified parts.
You must contact us as soon as possible if a potential warranty issues occurs in order for us to advise on the next course of action. The item must be returned to us with the original receipt or invoice and a physical inspection will take place before it can be refunded or exchanged. The buyer will allow Defender 71 to remedy the defect or failure before incurring any costs from a third party.
Our warranty covers the products sold to the buyer but does not cover any loss incurred from labour, re-delivery, recovery or any other expenses or cost to the buyer as a result.
If a valid claim is identified based on a defect in quality or condition of the goods , Defender 71 is to either replace the goods free of charge or refund the buyer the original price of the goods, at our discretion.
